In-Person Chess Camp for K through 5th graders Break out the board and line up the pieces. Your student will learn the game, master the moves, and hone their critical thinking skills in this challenging week-long Chess Camp which meets Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16 from 1 to 3 pm at our safe and secure Los Altos campus. Our experienced chess instructor, “Coach Mike” Jones, teaches children of all abilities. Each day consists of chess instruction and competitive play. Space is very limited. Chess Camp takes place on the campus of Canterbury Christian, a classical school which offers small, academically rigorous classes for PreK through 5th grade students (canterbury.school).
