Mrs. Elizabeth Cox currently teaches art for Kindergarten thru 5th grade. She enjoys helping the children re-create masterpieces of famous artists and bringing a Biblical perspective to art.
Mrs. Cox graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Nutritional Science and completed her dietetic internship at U.C Berkeley. She has been working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Bay Area hospitals and health care for the last 35 years and currently oversees the Nutritional Care for residents in 16 Assisted Livings in the Bay area.
Mrs. Cox directs weekly summer art camps for 1st-5th graders at various locations around the Valley. Some of her themes have been God’s Glorious Garden, The Fantastic Fruit Festival and God’s Majestic Universe where participants will create and bring home over 15 themed art projects for the week.
