We’re excited to announce our upcoming Penmanship Festival during the week of May 12! Students will submit a handwritten piece completed in class, and entries will be judged by our teachers with winners selected in Kindergarten, Lower, and Upper grades.
This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the beauty and discipline of handwriting. Encourage your children to take pride in their penmanship and practice regularly—good handwriting is more than just neatness.
As one powerful reminder from Memoria Press highlights: “Cursive helps students slow down and pay attention. It cultivates carefulness, patience, and accuracy—qualities that carry over into every subject and area of life.”
Let’s sharpen those pencils and shape strong minds—one beautiful letter at a time!
