Here are some common questions prospective parents have about Canterbury Christian School.
Does Canterbury have sports teams?

There are many community programs that offer parents opportunities for sports.  At Canterbury we have regular PE classes and space for the children to get exercise, so we focus on other aspects of education.

What is the student/teacher ratio?

We have classes that do not exceed 20 students per classroom.

What are primary entry points?

We have a grade assessment process that is designed to ensure that our students have the greatest chance of success in learning and applying the material.

What is the birthday cut-off?

A child must be 4 years old by Dec. 1st for our K-4 program.

A child must be 5 years old by Dec. 1st for our Kindergarten program.

Do you offer a discount for multiple?

Our tuition is less than comparable schools in our area so we do not offer a multiples discount.

Do you offer Financial Assistance?

We do not want financial constraints to prevent anyone from giving their children a solid, Christian education. Once it is determined that Canterbury is a good fit on both ends, we begin the process of discussing finances.
