Large Red “Communique” Envelopes are sent home every Thursday afternoon — please look for it and review the material inside and be sure your child returns the envelope to their teacher every Friday morning.
One regular item inside will be an after-school enrichment signup form telling which optional opportunities are available for the next week. If you’d like your child to participate please fill in the signup form and include check payable to “Canterbury Christian School” or “CCS” to pay for classes you have selected ($15/class—separate form & check/child please).
Next Monday, Sept. 28th we’ll offer Speech/Public Speaking with Mrs. Schwartz, on Tuesday we’re having Chess w/Coach Mike, and Wednesday it will be time for STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Math) with Father Macias.
Students need to be registered by Friday for the following week’s classes which will meet from 3:30 to 4:30 pm (following a short after-school recess only for children staying for after-school classes).
